# Zapier integration (beta)

Start tasks on real phones, check their results, and manage devices and logins from any Zap, with the mobilerun app on Zapier.

Public beta app in the Zapier directory. Test each Zap with a real task before you rely on it.

## Before you start

- A Zapier account.
- A mobilerun account with a phone to run tasks on.

## 1. Open the app

Go to the [mobilerun app on Zapier](https://zapier.com/apps/mobilerun/integrations) and create a Zap. The app is listed as Mobilerun.

## 2. Add a Run Task step

Pick any trigger, then add the **Run Task** action from Mobilerun. **Task** and **Device** are required. Optional fields include LLM Model, App Package Names, Max Steps, Execution Timeout, Output Schema, VPN Country, Vision and Stealth.

## 3. Connect your account and test

Connect your mobilerun account when Zapier asks, then test the step. It starts a real task on the phone you picked.

## 4. Use the result

Add **Get Task Status** later in the Zap, or start a separate Zap with the **Task Event** trigger, which fires when a task changes state.

## Trigger, actions and searches

Everything the beta app lists on Zapier today.

- **Trigger**: Starts a Zap when a mobilerun task changes state. (Task Event)
- **Tasks**: Start and stop tasks, then read their status, steps, screenshots and screen states. (Run Task, Stop Task, Get Task, Get Task Status, Get Task Trajectory, Get Task Screenshot(s), Get Task UI State(s))
- **Devices**: Look up a phone and its tasks, wait until it is ready, attach one of your own saved proxy configs, or remove it. (Get Device, Get Device Tasks, Wait for Device, Connect / Disconnect Device Proxy, Delete Device)
- **Logins**: Manage the credentials vault that tasks use to sign in to apps. (Initialize Package, Create / Add / Update / Delete Credential Field, Get Credential, Delete Credential, List Credentials, List Package Credentials)
- **Searches**: Find a record to use in a later step. (Find Apps, Find Devices, Find Proxies, Find Tasks)

## Notes

**Is the app ready for production?** It is listed as beta on Zapier. Build and test each Zap with a real task before you rely on it, the Task Event trigger in particular.

**Is there another way to get task events into Zapier?** Yes. Use **Webhooks by Zapier** with a Catch Hook trigger and register its URL as a mobilerun webhook for `task.run.completed` and `task.run.failed`, the same way as in the [Make guide](https://mobilerun.ai/integrations/make/). Deliveries are signed and retried.
