What is a credit?+
Credits pay for agent usage, like the Assistant and Task Runner, and are deducted in real time as agents use models. One credit is $0.01, so 1,500 credits are worth $15. Every plan includes credits each month, and top-ups come in $5 packs of 500 credits.
What happens when I use up my plan?+
Free stops at its limits, with no extra charges. Paid plans keep running past the allowance at $0.03 per device minute, $0.01 per credit and $10 per GB of residential traffic, up to a monthly overage limit. You can request a higher limit in billing.
What is the difference between plan phones and dedicated phones?+
Plan phones are on-demand Android phones. You run as many at once as your plan allows (1 on Free up to 100 on Scaleup, unlimited on Enterprise), they use device minutes only while on, and a stopped phone keeps its apps and data. Dedicated phones are add-ons billed per phone: a hosted Android or a real iPhone that stays on and reserved for you, separate from your plan's concurrent phones.
